If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you have received the purchased product in damaged condition, we’re here to help YOU.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can place a request for a return/refund/exchange by emailing us at enquire@magniflexindia.com
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.
In case the defect is found genuine, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment. You will receive the credit amount within 15 working days, depending on your card/bank issuer’s policies.

Returns & Exchange

In case of an exchange, in the email you could let us know what product you would like in exchange for your current purchase.
The product for exchange should be of the same value or more.
If the value is lesser than a refund for the balance amount will be initiated after your request for exchange has been fulfilled by us.

Shipping

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. You have to ensure that the returned product reaches us in good condition. Any cost incurred towards the transit damages will be debited to you.
3. Timelines for refund & Amount will be refunded via same source of mode of payment. Your amount will be credited within 15 working days.

Duplicate Clause

If customer paid twice for one product then the refund will be for duplicate transactions.

Cancellation

Once a payment has been made no cancellation will be entertained.
